No. There is no fee to partner. We bill the client's insurance directly (Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna or Curative), or the client pays privately.

How it works
- Your caregiver or care manager notices a change, like a fall, new unsteadiness, or trouble with meals.
- You call us or send the client's family our way. We explain the options and next steps.
- We coordinate the order with the client's doctor when insurance is used. Clients paying privately can start physical therapy without one.
- Evaluation within 48 hours of referral, at the client's home.
- Your team stays in the loop with the client's permission.
