Yes. Jubilant provides mobile outpatient PT, OT, and speech therapy in homes, senior-living communities, and other appropriate settings across Austin, Dripping Springs, Lakeway, and Round Rock. Location and service fit are confirmed before scheduling.
Is Jubilant a home-health agency?
No. Jubilant provides mobile outpatient rehabilitation. Home health is a separate care model that may include nursing, aides, social services, and rehabilitation for people who meet its eligibility requirements.
Do I have to be homebound?
Homebound status is not a defining requirement of mobile outpatient therapy. Coverage, referral, authorization, and documentation requirements still vary by payer and individual circumstances.
Do I need a referral?
Referral and plan-of-care requirements vary by therapy discipline, payer, and individual circumstances. Jubilant will help clarify the appropriate next step rather than making a blanket promise online.
Will my insurance cover care?
Call Jubilant to discuss coverage verification before scheduling. Coverage depends on the payer, plan, network, medical necessity, authorization, and other requirements. Do not send insurance cards or member numbers through the public inquiry form. A care inquiry or referral is not a guarantee of coverage.
How soon can an evaluation be completed?
Evaluations within 48 hours of referral. Service-area fit, clinical next steps, payer requirements, and scheduling are confirmed individually.
