Post-op therapy at home, on your surgeon's protocol.
After knee, hip, shoulder or spine surgery, Jubilant brings physical and occupational therapy to the patient's home or senior-living community. Evaluations within 48 hours of referral.
For orthopedic and primary-care practices
The gap we fill: Your patient is out of the hospital and cleared for outpatient therapy, but driving to a clinic three times a week isn't realistic. Missed visits slow range of motion and strength gains.
What you can expect
Your protocol, followed. We work from your post-op protocol and precautions. If none is sent, we call your office before starting treatment.
Updates on your schedule. You receive the evaluation, a progress note every 10th visit or 30 days (whichever comes first), and a discharge summary.
Early flags. We contact your office about wound concerns, unexpected pain, or range-of-motion plateaus.
OT when needed. Occupational therapy for dressing, bathing and safe transfers during early recovery.

Recover at home instead of in traffic.
Your therapist comes to you with the equipment needed for your program. Sessions happen where you will actually be walking, climbing stairs and getting in and out of bed, so practice matches real life.
What you'll need: An order from your surgeon or doctor if you're using insurance, your insurance card, and a little space to move. Paying privately? You can start physical therapy without an order.
